Dr. Kathryn Makowski

Dr. Makowski grew up in Park Ridge and attended Maine South High School. She attended the University of Missouri graduating in 2016 with a degree in Animal Science and Captive Wild Animal Management where she had the opportunity to learn about small, large, and exotic animals. Dr. Makowski graduated from the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine in 2021. Her veterinary interests include small animal dermatology, ophthalmology, preventative medicine, and internal medicine.

Dr. Makowski enjoys traveling and exploring new cities and cultures. She especially enjoys experiencing the local cuisine. She also loves cooking and spending time with her family (including their dog Lola) and friends.
