EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY
3/20/2020
We continue to stay open to serve you and your pets during this difficult time. We are implementing some new policies to help limit contact in accordance to the guidelines set by the CDC regarding COVID-19 (Coronavirus).
At this time we will not be seeing patients for non-medical reasons, i.e., nail trims. Please make appointments for medical reasons/emergencies only. If it's at all possible to postpone wellness/vaccine appointments, please do so.
If you are coming in for a doctor appointment, please proceed into the building. You will be put in an exam room as soon as you are checked in. One person per pet will be allowed in the building.
Tech appointments will be accepted from the parking lot. Please remain in your car and call the office 847-593-1898. A receptionist will get your information and a tech will meet you at your car to take your pet into the building. Please have your dogs leashed and waiting to be picked up. For the safety of our staff, we will not be removing the dogs from your car. Cats MUST be in a carrier.
Our phones have been very busy during this time, we appreciate your patience while we work to help you in the safest way possible.
Thank you, The staff of AHAH
