AHAH update June 8, 2021

The time has come!

We are beginning to invite human clients back into the building with a few restrictions.

All clients must be masked, vaccinated or not.
All clients will continue to call for check-in.
We will allow 1 client per visit to be escorted into the exam room by our Concierge.
All food and medication pick-ups, as well as walk-ins, technician appointments, surgery and boarding drop-offs will remain curbside for now.

We appreciate the trust you have shown us and we know you are happy to have this option. We will still be doing curbside for anyone who requests it!

Don’t forget with these hot days to please keep your air conditioning on while you wait and keep your pets out of the hot sun/asphalt.

Thank you for your understanding,

The staff of Arlington Heights Animal Hospital

Medications and food pick ups have changed to pick up in our vestibule. Please call when you arrive and the receptionist will let you know when it is safe for you to pick up your items.

As you can imagine with all the extra phone communications, our phones have been very busy! Hold times may be longer. Wait time for tech appointments may be longer.

We are continuing to see increase in routine, medical and surgical appointments. Our schedule is booked out longer than usual, please plan accordingly.

Your patience and cooperation are greatly appreciated.

As of now, we are continuing with our temporary hours.
Thank you for your understanding. Stay safe, The AHAH staff
